Primate Behaviour, Ecology and Conservation

Description

Examines the diversity of extant non-human primate species, including their behaviour, ecology and conservation, and also the importance of primatology toward an understanding of our own species. Specifically, students will critically examine the results of primatological inquiries in order to gain insight into the comparative evolutionary approach, especially with respect to the applicability of such efforts to the study of humans.
