Description

A critical exploration of the idea of 'culture' and its contemporary uses. Focuses on controversies at the interface between anthropology, politics and cultural studies, including cultural appropriation, cultural translation, culture wars, consumer culture, organisational culture, audit culture, cultural essentialism and the challenges of multiculturalism.
