Thinking Europe


Description

An introduction to the study of Europe, organised around a number of major themes. The course establishes some basic reference points, including linguistic and ethnic groupings, historical periods, cultural trends, religious and philosophical traditions, significant political movements and figures - all of which are indispensable for the study of European culture.
