Description

An Introduction to the social sciences and humanities on understandings of the social, political-economic, historical and cultural dynamics that underpin contemporary healthcare, medical practices and knowledge-production, and experiences of health and illness around the world. Examines real-life case studies using a range of health social science approaches.
