Description

This course is a continuation of KOREAN 300 and aims to help students expand communicative skills in modern Korean on an advanced intermediate level. You can achieve this through enhancing your learning strategy and active participation in diverse activities which incorporate further language structures, expressions, extensive vocabulary and knowledge of contemporary idioms together with distinctive aspects of Korean culture.

Objectives

With your successful completion of the course, you should be able to strategically engage in

  • Listening to and reading authentic materials in Korean
  • Discussions on sociocultural topics
  • Expressing your thoughts and feelings in verbal and written forms at a much closer to native speaker level
