Description

Advances the lessons learned in MAORI 292. The practical aspects of performance remain paramount while the range is extended to cover in much greater depth and detail, ancient waiata, various forms and styles of haka and poi, leading into contemporary song, dance and choral works; analysis of the social, cultural and political issues that have inspired historical and contemporary works.
