Description

By critically examining a range of identities that are constructed through legislation and courts we explore how the legal system creates, defines and reflects public beliefs about the nature and meaning of various social roles and statuses. Identities covered include gendered, ethnic, refugee, terrorist, virtual, celebrity and victim.
