Description

This language acquisition course builds on the basic knowledge obtained in SPANISH 104 and SPANISH 105. There are four class hours per week, all including oral practice, which are designed to supplement and reinforce one another; attendance at all sessions is strongly recommended. Students are also encouraged to make frequent use of the SPANISH 200 website for extra resources.

SPANISH 200 aims to consolidate skills already learnt, while at the same time placing an increased emphasis on practical work and the development of communicative abilities through work with tapes, videos and practice using the SPANISH 200 website.

Provisional class limits for 2018: Enrolment is limited to 70 students. Selection criteria: Students who have passed SPANISH 105, or whose Language Ability Declaration confirms adequate preparation, will be selected on a first in first enrolled basis.
